20 quick questions with our founder Julia:

Q: What's your favorite time of the day? 
A: Early mornings.

Q: How do you start your day? 
A: With a glass of lemon water in front of my computer checking my mails (I know probably not the most healthy thing to do first in the morning haha).

Q: What makes you smile the most?
A: Spending time with my family, who I do not see as often as I would love to.

Q: What's your biggest strength?
A: My friends are saying I am the most loyal and wide-hearted person. I always try to check my circle. In terms of business, I would say I am open towards taking risks on a daily basis, which is super important for an entrepreneur. I do not think too much what could go wrong instead I think what could go right.

Q: What's your biggest weakness?
A: I am a very impatient person, who wants to achieve everything immediately.

Q: Your favorite dish?
A: Pasta! I love nothing more than good seafood pasta.

Q: The one thing you love most about running 92 THE STUDIO?
A: There are many things. The most important aspect for me is that I am my own boss and I can manage my time by myself. Further, I love that I am building something of value and generating a value for other people. And of course fashion was always my biggest passion, so doing what I love on a daily basis and living from this is something I am super grateful for.

Q: The one thing you hate most about running 92 THE STUDIO?
A: That you have to be always available for business partner, suppliers etc. It is not easy to put your phone aside when you have dinner with your friends, I really have to force myself to do so.

Q: Coffee or tea?
A: Coffee with oat milk or almond milk.

Q: What's one place you've always dreamed of traveling to?
A: Iceland, I think the nature is breathtaking.

Q: What's the priciest thing you have recently splurged on?
A: A new handbag, but I mean it is always a good investment, right? ;-)

Q: What's 3 must-have clothing items every girl should own?
A: I would say a good pair of straight blue jeans, a perfect white shirt and high quality black high heels.

Q: Your other passions besides the fashion industry?
A: I love to travel and to cook. I love to try out new recipes and invite my friends for dinner. I am also diving deeper into the real estate business in the last years, which I think is super interesting as well.

Q: What's the most adventurous thing you've done in your life?
A: I guess moving all alone to Australia to study when I was 21 years old without even knowing one single soul there.

Q: What's something you always travel with?
A: My computer, face masks and my phone.

Q: What clothing color do you wear the most? 
A: Black.

Q: Your favorite city to live?
A: Milan! Just love the people, the weather, the fresh food of course and the location - You are very close to lake Como, to Switzerland, to France, to Germany and to beautiful cities like Florence and Rome.

Q: One advice you would give to your younger self?
A: Do not worry too much about life, your job, your studies etc. Just be a kind human and work hard. Everything will work out in life.

Q: Which advice you would give to younger people who want to start a business?
A: Just start! You will figure things out along the way.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
A: Following my dreams and passions, running a real estate business besides 92 THE STUDIO, and to live in a warm, sunny place with my own family.

Q: Last but not least: What are you grateful for today?
A: For my family, friends, health & that I am doing what I love every single day!
