Once your order is shipped, you get a shipping E-Mail with a tracking code from DHL to track your package.
Normally there should be no fees applied to international packages as we already covered them in our shipping. In case fees, duties, taxes etc. are have to be paid at delivery, they are in the responsibility of the purchaser.
You can return your items within 14 business days.
As a sustainable and eco-friendly brand, we want to avoid returns as much as possible, due to CO2 emissions caused by shipping. Therefore we are not offering free returns as we do not support this politic.
You will be responsible for paying the returns shipping costs for returning your item.
Please note that the items must not be worn, washed or damaged and all original hangtags have to be on it.

Q: How is the sizing of the pieces? / Are all pieces Unisex fitted?
A: All our pieces are Unisex fitted (except our Active Wear pieces).
We always recommend you to order your regular size. When you like a more oversized fit, we recommend you to size up one size.
We also have size charts on our product pages, where you can measure your size.
In case you are struggling between two sizes, we always recommend you to order the larger one.
As an eco-friendly and sustainable brand we want to avoid returns as much as possible. When you still have questions in regards to sizing, feel free to contact us via Instagram message or E-Mail.
Q: How should I wash my 92 THE STUDIO product?
A: Please wash your items by max. 30 degrees from inside out to preserve the garments. Afterwards we recommend you to air-cure your items instead of putting them in the tumble drier, which is very harmful for every piece of clothing. Also our items are garment-died and can bleed during the first time of washing. Therefore we recommend you to wash them alone for the first wash.
Q: Will sold out products be restocked?
A: Unfortunately sold out products will not be restocked. Once they are sold out, they are not available anymore. In case you want a sold out product, please write us an E-Mail and we can check for you if we have single items left in our warehouse or we can put you on our waiting lists.
When we have a high demand from your side, we will eventually restock certain pieces for you. For restock notifications, please subscribe to our newsletter.
Q: Where can I enter a discount code?
A: Please enter the discount code at the last step at the checkout. It will be deducted from your original amount.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do ship internationally with DHL Go Green and DHL Express. Please check our Shipping Policy for more information.
Q: Where do I find my delivery note and bill?
A: As an eco-friendly and sustainable brand, we do not print out your delivery notes on paper. Please find your note and bill attached to your order confirmation E-Mail (please also check your spam folder). In case you can not find it, feel free to contact us.
Q: Can I change my order once it is made?
A: Yes, you can change your order within 5 hours from the point you ordered it. Please write us an E-Mail with your order number and your wish of changing.
