This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from 92 THE STUDIO
1. General Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, specific conditions apply to returns and refunds.
2. Personalised Products
Our products are personalised or custom-made according to your specifications. In accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, personalised or custom-made goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
This means that products that have been customised, personalised, or made to your individual specifications cannot be returned or refunded once the order has been placed and processed.
3. Exceptions
Despite the above, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in the following cases:

the product is defective or damaged upon arrival

the product received is incorrect (not what you ordered) and the mistake is made from our side.

4. Non-Personalised Products
If we offer non-personalized products, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU law.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by email.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item or proof of return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders for personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has started. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
