All prices are displayed in Euro and include applicable taxes where required by law unless stated otherwise. Additional shipping costs may apply and will be clearly indicated at checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship internationally. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays or customs processing. We are working together with DHL and UPS international.

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery. If you are a consumer within the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws may provide additional rights.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
