2. In your shopping basket is an order note field, type in the letter you want in the color. We offer all letters from A-Z.
3. Our warehouse team sees your note and will package your bag charm.

Returns
You can return your items within 14 business days.
As an 100% eco-friendly brand, we want to avoid returns as much as possible, due to CO2 emissions caused by shipping. Therefore we are not offering free returns and you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of your return.
