Q: Do you see the production process in person? Do you know your production facilities?
A: Yes! As a sustainable and ethical brand it is of the highest priority for us to know our suppliers and facilities in person. We stand in close contact with our suppliers every week and try to visit them twice a year. Please read our Responsibility section for more information.
Q: Do you have retail stores?
A: Yes! You can shop 92 THE STUDIO in many retail stores in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. You also find it online at Hartmanns Oslo - One of the biggest online retailers in Scandinavia. Please contact us for further information.

Q: How is the sizing of the products? Can I order my regular size?
A: All our pieces are Men Sizing / Unisex Sizing (Except our Activewear). Please refer to the Size Charts on the product pages. When you can not decide between 2 sizes, we recommend you to order the larger one - Because sweaters look even cooler, when they are a bit oversized, right? ;-)
Q: Will sold out products be restocked?
A: In general, sold out products will not be restocked. When we have a high demand from your side, we try our best to restock them, as we want to satisfy and make our customers happy. Please make sure to enter our restock notification on the product pages.
Q: Can I change my order once it is made?
A: Due to the high amount of orders, it is in general not possible, as we have an automated logistic flow. But you can try it by sending us an E-Mail with your order number and your changes to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We can not promise you to change it, but we try of course. So please write the E-Mail as soon as possible after ordering.
Q: How long does it take until I receive my order?
A: It depends from where in the world you are ordering. In general it takes between 1-5 business days. You will get an E-Mail with a tracking number, where you can easily follow your package and plan the arrival.
Q: Will I be charged customs when I am ordering outside of the EU?
A: No, normally there should be no custom fees as we are covering them for you in our shipping costs. In case there are any extra fees to pay, they have to be paid by the receiver of the package.
Q: Where can I enter a discount code?
A: You can enter a discount code at the last step of our checkout process.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes, we do. You can send back your item within 14 business days from the day you received the package. The items must not be worn, washed or damaged. Note that personalized items can not be returned. After 14 days we are not accepting returns.
