Q: Which size should I order? / How is the sizing of your pieces? 

A:

  • Sweatshirts/ Hoodies: All sweatshirts and hoodies are in unisex sizing. If you like a more oversized fit (which looks super cool in sweatshirts), we recommend you to size up one size in all sweatshirts and hoodies.
  • T-Shirts: All our tees are unisex sizing. We would recommend you to order your regular size. If you like a more oversized fit, please also size up one size.

  • Caps: All caps are one size / unisex sizing. You can adapt the size of the cap on the back and they fit 99% of the people perfectly. 

  • Sweatpants: Our sweatpants have unisex sizing. If you like a more loose fit in sweatpants, please size up one size.

As a sustainable brand we want to avoid returns as much as possible. When you still have questions in regards to sizing, feel free to contact us via Instagram message and we will help you as fast as possible.

Q: How should I wash my 92 THE STUDIO product?

A: Please wash your items by max. 30 degrees from inside out to preserve the garments. Afterwards we recommend you to air-cure your items instead of putting them in the tumble drier, which is very harmful for every piece of clothing. Also our items are garment-died and can bleed during the first time of washing. Therefore we recommend you to wash them alone for the first wash.

Q: Where and how do you produce? 

A: Our tops and pants are sustainable and ethical produced in the South of Portugal and in India under fair conditions. Our caps are made in Spain and refined in Germany for you. Please read more about it in our sustainability / production section on our website or here.

Q: Are taxes and fees included at checkout?

A: Taxes are included in all prices. Optional additional custom fees, duties etc. are not included and have to be paid by the customer.

Q: Will sold out products be restocked? 

A: Unfortunately sold out products will not be restocked. Once they are sold out, they are not available anymore. In case you want a sold out product, please write us an E-Mail and we can check for you if we have single items left in our warehouse or we can put you on our waiting lists. 
When we have a high demand from your side, we will eventually restock certain sweats for you. For restock notifications, please subscribe to our newsletter.

Q: Where can I enter a discount code?

A: Please enter the discount code at the last step at the checkout. It will be deducted from your original amount.

Q: How long is delivery? 

A: Of course we try to send every package as fast as possible with DHL Express and DHL Go Green. For detailed delivery information please check our shipping page at the bottom of our website or here.

Q: Do you ship internationally? 

A: Yes, we do ship internationally with our carrier DHL International.

Q: The tracking status of my package is not changing / DHL needs longer. What shall I do?

A: It can always happen that some packages will take a few days longer. This can be due to the crossing of borders, customs, seasonal overloads of packages etc. Please know that from the point we hand over your package to our shipping carrier, it is in their responsibility. We do not have influence on external shipping processes form this point on. 
In case you have a problem with your package / tracking status, please contact us. We will then try to solve the problem for you with DHL.

Q: Where do I find my delivery note and bill?

A: In order to save paper, we do not print out your delivery notes / bills. Please find the attached to your order confirmation E-Mail (please also check your spam folder).

Q: Can I change my order once it is made?

A: Yes, you can change your order within 12 hours from the point you ordered it. Please write us an E-Mail with your order number and all details (size, style etc.) that you would like to change. 

Q: Do you donate an amount of your turnover? 

A: Yes, we are donating 5% of our yearly sales to ENVIRONMENTAL DEFENSE FUND. It is a great non-profit organization which focuses on the most important ecological issues nowadays like sustainable fishing, clean energy and restoring our ecosystem.
