Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide with our carriers DHL and UPS. Please check our shipping policy for detailed information.

Q: Do you offer free shipping? 

A: Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within Germany and on all orders within the European Union above 80€. We also offer free shipping on international orders above 120€.

Q: What size should I order?

A: All our apparel items (sweatshirts, hoodies, t-shirts) are in men's sizing, unless otherwise stated. Please refer to our size chart at the bottom of our website for detailed measurements.

Q: How should I wash my 92 THE STUDIO apparel item?

A: Our apparel pieces are garment dyed, therefore please wash them at max. 30 degrees. We suggest to not put them in the dryer and let them air dry.

Q: Why is there no printed delivery note in my package? 

A: As a sustainable brand, we want to use as less paper as possible. This is why you will not find a printed delivery note in your package. Your delivery note and bill will be send to you via E-Mail after ordering your items. In case you need a printed delivery note, please enter it in the order note field at the bottom of your shopping cart and we will put it into your package.

Q. Will I be charged custom fees?

No, all duties and taxes are already included in the final price at checkout. There will be no extra charges.

Q: Can I change an order once I have placed it?

Due to our high order volume and the automated processes in our warehouse, we can not promise that we will be able to change your order. Please send an e-mail to info@92thestudio.com and we will do our best to help you.

Q: Will sold out products be restocked? 

A: In general, sold out products will not be restocked. When we have a high demand from your side, we try our best to restock them for you, but can not promise it. If you urgently need a sold out product, please send us an e-mail to info@92thestudio.com with all details, so we can check if we have a piece left in our warehouse from our shootings, fittings etc.

Q: How long does it take until I receive my order? 

A: In general it takes 2-5 business days. It always depends from where in the world you are ordering and also on external shipping carriers, as delays from their side can always occur of course. Once your order is shipped, you will get an e-mail with your tracking number to track your parcel.
